Today, businesses need to consider many parameters such as cost, quality, efficiency and being able predict the changing business conditions in order keep up with competitive environment. Enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) connect daily requirements accounting, procurement, project management, R&D (Research Development), foreign trade operations necessary information. Although ERP have feature of combining every data from all points view an enterprise, companies cannot achieve success they desire these software that purchase by bearing high costs. Accordingly, aim study is select most suitable system for a company decides use enterprise system, using TOPSIS, one multi-criteria decision making methods. When literature qualitative results were evaluated together study, criteria competence, flexibility, training, after-sales support efficient management determined be main ones.
